Our task was to make a conception plan for Fenyves tér and its surroundings, which can be found in Siófok, Széplak discrict.

We had to solve the problems of the difficulties in reaching lodgements, rainwater management, and to do something with the aesthetics and comfort level of the area.

Due to geometrical and natural facilities of the land a landscaping issue wouldn't really have any effect on the transport and drainage situation of the place, so concerning the natural values of the area we advise a small road correction and desiccation solutions. We also proposed the renewal of the two bus stops in the area.
